What does a day in this role look like?
Community Living Alliance is looking to hire an experienced, friendly, and reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care to an awesome gentleman in the comfort of his own home! If you are looking to provide quality care while working in a positive and friendly environment, this is the position for you! This position is in Waunakee, WI.

About the Client:

Schedule:

Mondays and Wednesdays 1-2hrs/day
- Usually between 3pm-6pm
Fridays - 2hrs/day
- After 3pm

Tasks:

Mondays and Wednesdays-
- Personal cares (Includes but not limited to)
  - Shower
  - Toileting
  - Bowel program
- Transfers
- Laundry
- Random housekeeping
- Mop/vacuum
Fridays
- All personal cares (As on Mondays and Wednesdays)
  - Plus shaving (5 blade razor)
  - Groceries/errands

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

18+ years of age
Own a Smart Phone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Authorized to work in the United States
Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds

Willingness to learn/take specific directions regarding bathroom shower ramp

Willing to listen to client's concerns/needs
