Human Resources Generalist
Position: Full-time (30hrs/week)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-4:30PM, NO WEEKENDS!
Compensation: $22/hr

Position Summary:
This position provides daily support to the Human Resources (HR) team by executing various functions within the areas of training, recruitment, compliance, and benefits.

- Oversees onboarding process of new employees and assists in conducting new hire orientation.
▪Assists with end of employment processes including paperwork, and company-wide announcements.
▪Coordinate HR-related communications and initiatives.
▪Maintain employee records and Human Resources (HR)documentation.
▪Respond to requests for department records/info (audits, employment verifications, client/agency requests, etc.)
▪Support Human Resources team with recruitment, benefits, compliance and training.
▪Back up for reception desk coverage for all open hours.
Education/Experience and Requirements:
Required
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Associate's degree in human resources or business administration or equivalency of education and experience.
- One (1) year of experience in a human resources or related administrative environment.
- Access to a smart cell phone and voicemail.
- Work in general office environment, no hazardous or unpleasant conditions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance to serve clients throughout Dane County
- Satisfactory Results of a Background Check.
- Strong computer technical skills with aptitude to build creative content.
