Personal Care Worker (Matched)
Position Summary
Are you looking to apply to work with a specific client at Community Living Alliance but need to know a little more? You're in the right place! In-Home Caregiving helps someone remain independent and in their own home as early as 6 AM till 10 PM at night. (CLA does not provide overnight care.) Our current caregivers have expressed that their work is extremely rewarding and gives them a sense of worth being able to help others. The work you do every day as an in-home caregiver has a purpose and helps another individual.
While each person is unique and has different care needs, below is a sample of personal cares you may provide while caring for an individual at Community Living Alliance:
- Activities of Daily Living (which could include are not limited to)
- Dressing
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Transferring
- Mobility
- Instrumental Activities Daily Living (could include but not limited to)
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping
- Grocery shopping
- Complete required documentation of records of care

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Own a Smart Phone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
- Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds
- Authorized to Work in the United States
