What does a day in this role look like?
Community Living Alliance is looking to hire an experienced, friendly, and reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care to wonderful clients in the comfort of their own homes! If you are looking to provide quality care while working in a positive and friendly environment, this position for you! These positions are throughout Dane County!

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

MUST have a vehicle (travel for grocery shopping)
18+ years of age
Own a Smart Phone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Authorized to work in the United States
Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds

This position is used as a "float" position and covers clients with call-ins or who do not have current caregivers. These clients would be temporary until filled. Are you willing to adjust to new clients while keeping a consistent schedule?*

If you are not willing to adjust to new clients, we have a personal care worker (PCW) position that allows you to keep these clients/schedule but there is a pay decrease to $15.50. Is this something you would be interested in instead?*
